The Butler Institute of American Art is pleased to present a major survey, Jack Tworkov: Important Paintings from the '70s. Via Artnews—The estate of Abstract-Expressionist Jack Tworkov is now represented by New York’s Alexander Gray Associates, its namesake dealer told ARTnews in a recent telephone interview. For its first Tworkov show, which the gallery will present in September, it is taking a “micro-retrospective approach, which will focus on gesture and grid,” he said.
